Hi, welcome to Fitness Cougars!

I am 45 year old Cougar. Having competed in my first competition, I placed 1st in the 2009 Coupe Pro-Gym Competiton in the Women`s Masters Category. It was a growing and empowering experience! This cougar has also ranked 4th out of 14 other younger beauties in the open class category for the same competition. Quite an accomplishment!!!

You cannot not achieve full cougar status without serious decipline and hard work at the gym. But it can be very rewarding!! Roar!!!!!

I have been in the fitness weight training for 20 years and even though I am 45 years of age and a personal fitness trainer, feeling and looking great is possible for anyone at any age!

Now you know! Anything is possible.... do the obsurd and achive the impossible AND LOOK HOT DOING IT!!!
